2. Feature

• The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
• Cabinet cooling: air conditioner. MTBF≥50000h.
• The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are cable inlets individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
• All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
• The cabinet includes grounding bar.

The ET9090210-UP Outdoor UPS Cabinet is for holding telecom power system and batteries, mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

5. Description

5.1 LED lamp, LED lamp sensor, smoke sensor, door sensor and temperature & humidity sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.2 Water sensor is installed at the bottom of the cabinet.

5.3 PDU, environment monitoring unit and rectifier system are installed on 19” rack.

5.4 The cabinet includes totally two air conditioners, installed on front door.

5.5 The cabinet includes rubber base plate, for installation on transport telecom tower trailer.

6. Cable Inlet

Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

7. Grounding Protection

• The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
• The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
• Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.

8. Theft Proof Design

8.1 Door lock theft proof design

• Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

• Three point lock

8.2 Connection and Fastening

• Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
• Door hinges use inner hinge mode.

8.3 Appearance and Surface Treatment

Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
